1. Application with address,Phone number and email id of the applicant

2. Self attested copy of Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate

3. Fee remitted Challan

Fee Structure

1. Rs. 905+ 60 (Postage Charges) for Professional Programmes

2. Rs. 650+ 60 (Postage Charges) for all other programmes.
